We are seeking experienced Office Administration Officers who thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment. These roles are ideal for people who have already mastered the fundamentals of office administration and are ready to contribute their skills to a team that values accuracy, efficiency and proactive support.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, supporting governance processes, and maintaining high standards of documentation and communication across the organisation.

Hours vary from Full-Time, Part-time, Casual hours & Temporary Contracts.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare, format and distribute communications, bulletins and documentation for internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.



Coordinate meeting materials, including collation, binding, distribution and archiving of agendas, minutes and supporting papers.



Provide comprehensive administrative support, including maintaining registers, recording contracts, data management, filing



Liaise with internal teams to ensure consistent administrative processes, compliance with organisational requirements, and high‑quality record‑keeping.



Manage general office functions such as correspondence, workflow coordination, and responding to internal enquiries.



Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative systems and processes.



Managing inbound calls & queries via switchboard communication systems

About You

You will bring:



Demonstrated experience in an office administration role, ideally within government, governance, legal, or similarly structured environments.



Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.



Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence preparing professional documents.



High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance.



Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using document or records management systems.



A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
